I am returning products to Amazon. It is being shipped UPS. Could you provide a UPS tracking number?
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: They are glass tables that are still in the original shipping boxes.
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have had much trouble. The first pickup was for only one table. There are 10. The were to pick up yesterday between 3 and7. No one showed up. I called and got a new shipping date for today between 8 and5. If I can ger a UPS tracking number I maybe able to get a more correct pickup time.
