i need to change c/c on my acct. (I have chgd. banks & have a new card. the old card is no longer valid). how do I fix? ron burke
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: it's an asus (not sure of model) & is abt. 1.5/2 yrs old.
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I put my new c/c & info on my acct, yesterday, right under my old card. I didn't remove my old card however. & I suspect my payment for new books is still being routed to this canceled card.
JA: Anything else you want the eReader expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: all I want is to put my new card into service (& cancel the old one?).

If it is the Amazon / Kindle ereader device, then please try the following:

- Please click on the Amazon website below:

https://www.amazon.com/wallet

, and sign in your Amazon account if prompted

, then there, click on the old card, if it's there, then click on Delete option and confirm

, then if needed, click on option Add a card (scroll down first as needed), and continue the instructions there in order to add a new card, then check.

- If needed, click on the Amazon website below:

https://www.amazon.com/manageyourkindle

, and sign in your Amazon account if prompted

, then there, click on Settings near the top right

, then click on Edit Payment Method (under Digital Payment Settings section)

, then select your new card there, and continue.
