I have requested that everything regarding Sarah's Quilt, including the rating, be removed from my Kindle and it is still there.
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: It was just registered with you about four months ago. It is a Kindle 8.
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: For a month. I do have a book on there that I was in the middle of reading and I cannot get to it--I keep getting a rating for Sarah's

I'm sorry about the issue. Can you please press and hold the power on / off button on your Kindle for about 45 seconds, then turn it back on and check?

- If needed, tap and hold on the book title Sarah's Quilt, then tap on the option Remove / delete and confirm to delete it.

- If needed, please try:

  1. Swipe down from the top of the screen and tap Settings.
  2. Tap Device Options, and then tap Reset to Factory Defaults.
  3. Tap Reset / Yes to confirm.
  4. Follow on-screen instructions to re-set up the kindle again and check.
