I have just added my iPad to my amazon account but it will not sync with my kindle. Both devices show on my account but all I have on my iPad are samples that appeared on signing in. Any suggestions
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: Pretty old version 3.4.2
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I had another iPad -no problems. New pad and I registered it and at the same time updated info on my account. I had not used the iPad since and did to notice that nothing had sync. I deregistered and reregistered the kindle with the same info. It now appears on the account. I have checked settings and it all seems to be on

Just to check, you are using the Kindle app on the iPad with the issue correct?
