When I connect my Nook HD+ via usb to install version 2.2.1,

Customer Question

When I connect my Nook HD+ via usb to install version 2.2.1, the mounted drive is named NOOK, not MyNOOK. Dragged and dropped upgrade on drive anyway, but says not enough space, but tablet says I have 227Gs.
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: MODEL BNTV600, 2 years old.
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Followed directions on B&N site for upgrade.
JA: Anything else you want the eReader expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No.

It is possible that your Nook already has the update via Wi-Fi.

Tap the Settings icon in the Status bar at the top of your screen. Tap on All Settings and then tap on Device Information; check to see that your Software version is 2.2.1

Does it show 2.2.1?
