Hi! Purchased a recertified hd 6 and cannot get it to turn on.
JA: What's the make and model of your tv, and has turning it on been a problem in the past?
Customer: It is a Fire HD 6 and when I received it last week I charged it for several hours and pressed the power button and it came on. I had to go to work came back a few hours later and never got the screen to come on.
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have plugged it back into the charger - have pressed the power button for 30 seconds. Then again after a minute - this time for over one minute.
