Hello, My name is ***** ***** I'll be assisting you. I'm sorry you're having problems.

I would like you to first do a reboot of the Kindle, and if that does not work, shut the Wi Fi off/turn it back on and then reboot your router (pull the power cord for 10 seconds and reconnect). When it boots up then see if the Kindle detects and will connect to the network.

To do this, simply press and hold the power button on the Kindle for 40 FULL seconds, then release and wait a full minute for it to reboot (do no press anything else within that minute).
If this does not cure the issue, try that reset up to THREE TIMES and wait the full minute to see if it reboots.

If the reboot does not work, then try the steps I posted at the top of the answer and let me know how it works out.

Are you still having the same problem please? Does the Kindle recognize that your Wi Fi exists at all?
