Hello, I cannt get my kindle connected to the computer. I have to unplug it to make any progress. Its a kindle keyboard bought from a 3rd party

Sometimes this is caused by a glitch in the firmware and can be resolved by a forced reboot, then your kindle will work normally and connect to the computer again. Slide or press and hold the power switch for 40 seconds, then release. Then check. Let me know if it works please.
