After I purchase a book on Kindle, it disappears the next morning. I believe there may be an issue with my credit card info because it is a new one. Couldn't manage to find a place on site to make changes.

Try these steps please.

To renew this you must update the details via your computer on your Amazon account.

To do this, please do the below steps.

Visit the page for your account -

- Log into using your Amazon account (the same Amazon account you have registered on your Kindle)

On the right side select "Settings"

Under 'Kindle Payment Settings' (first option)

Click 'Edit Payment Method'

Change your credit card details.

Restart your Kindle and it will update (press and hold the power button for 20 seconds)

Okay, try this next please.

Make sure WiFi is 'ON' when doing this)

Go to the Gear wheel at the top right when you're at the HOME Screen

Then click on:
. More,
. Settings,
. Applications
... (choosing ALL applications to view),

Select 'Amazon Kindle' and then
. Click to option to clear DATA (which clears the cache at the same time)
. Press Home at bottom left

No restart needed.

The Kindle then rebuilds the Cloud and "Device" library info
