Hi! My name is ***** ***** I'm happy to help!

Sorry to see you are having issues with your Kindle. The password ***** on the settings on your wireless router, so I have no access too it. Typically there is a sticker on the bottom of your wireless router that has the password ***** it. It may be called 'password', 'passkey' 'passphrase', etc. Can you find this?

Ok, when you kindle asks for the wireless password, this is the one you provide. Does this work? If not, what exactly is the error you are given?
