Hi, thank you for contacting My name is Russell. I will do my best to provide the right answer to your question.

What is the exact, and full, error message that indicates removing items?

And when do you get/see that message?

In Play Store, go to

Settings (3 lines, upper right corner), and select your Gmail account again. Even if checked already, select it again.

In your Nook Settings (upper right corner gear icon), go to

My Apps,

Google Play Store.

Do Clear Cache,

Clear Data,

Force Stop.

Restart Nook, try again. (You may need to repeat first step again after second step is done.)
