Have lost all archived items on Kindle. Have tried the resetting via the 30 second hold on the on-off switch. Kindle rebooted, but same result. No archived items. I had about 340 books on so dating back to 2011. What can you suggest?

All your purchased books are stored in the Amazon cloud under the Manage your Kindle page.

The best way to check is to log in to Amazon page via your PC and then under Manage your Kindle page you will be able to see the list.
