Customer Question

I'm a victim of a hijack. Browsing the net, a message came up that I had somehow broken the law and have to pay someone 100$ in iTunes cards to get my kindle back.

Hi there and welcome

This is a scam message, please do not call the number or so any of the instructions it asks.

Remove the charger from the Kindle and hold the power button to off for 35 seconds.

Release, then connect the charger and try to turn on the Kindle abd tell me if it clears the message please.

Let me know the results please

Thank you
