, then click on Settings, then click on Edit Payment Method to confirm your payment details?

- If that does not work, can you press and hold the power on/off button on the kindle for about 45 seconds, then turn it back on and check?

- If that still does not work, can you deregister the kindle, then re-register it and/or reset it to factory defaults and re-set it up?
