my name is***** and I have been a Prime customer for several years. Recently I corrected the E-mail on my account from***@******.*** to***@******.*** after switching over to Verizon. Now when I sign on the signon screen comes up but when I go to enter it, I get a message " is not responding". I have tried to change my signon and password ***** it always does the same message. please help.
