When I want to buy a book, and get to the final "confirm" nothing

When I want to buy a book, and get to the final "confirm" nothing happens when I push the confirm button. I have tried many times, with the same result.
Why this sudden problem?

This is usually an issue with the Firmware, so I would first like you to do this please.
Remove the charger from the Kobo and hold the power button to off for 35 seconds.
Release, then connect the charger and turn on the Kobo and try again to confirm
