Hello my name is***** look forward to assisting and am very sorry to hear that you are having this problem. I want to warn you that it is possible you will need to replace a part in order to fix this. There are a few different things that can cause this and a couple different parts so we would need to troubleshoot to find out for sure. What model is this? How old is it? Does the port feel loose? Please answer all questions as I will need to ask them again otherwise. The model number is ***** and on the back you may need to use a light to see it.

There is no need for you to be insulting especially since I told you in my very first post I would need the answer to all 3 questions. How are we supposed to help without knowing the model of what we are helping with? There are lots of different models and all are different.
