I am sorry you are having problems with your Kindle Fire. Press in and hold the power button/on switch for 30 seconds, this will reset the firmware. I am sorry you are still having issues with your Kindle.Let's do a hard resetPlease plug your Kindle into the charger for 15 minutes. Once 15 minutes has passed, with it connected to the charger, please slide in and hold the power button/on switch for up to 1 minute, until the screen flickers. Why did it stop working after I turned it off last nite
It was most likely a glitch in the firmware. It is kind of like when your computer freezes and you have to restart it, that also happens with electronic devices as well.
It may have also been that the battery power got too low and it froze when you turned if off.
