Hi, If have an issue on the Kindle, slide and hold the power switch for at least 20 seconds.
When you purchase the ebook will have to select which registered device to send it to before purchase under DELIVER TO. Can always go to Your Kindle page and will see your Kindle library and to the right of each title is the ACTIONS tab which can use to send the ebook to your Kindle.
Click the Actions button on the right to:
- Read a title on your computer using Kindle Cloud Reader
- Send a title to a compatible registered Kindle device or reading app
- Deliver past issues of subscription content to an eligible Kindle device or reading app, or cancel a subscription
- Download a title or issue of a subscription to your computer and transfer it to your Kindle device via USB
- Delete a title from your Kindle Library
- Loan a title to another person
- Return Public Library Books for Kindle to your local library
- Return a title for a refund, if it's still within the return period
