Nothing really to worry about here. Cocaine raises the blood pressure and heart rate for a time but as long as you're doing fine now, no damage done. Long term use puts one at risk for heart damage or heart attack or stroke, but a one time usage really doesn't harm you.

There really isn't much in the way of withdrawal symptoms except for fatigue and sleepiness for a day.
Psychologically really except for the high feeling, once you come down, there's no permanent damage.
