My husband has been smoking crack in the home for over a year. I took him to court and they hair follicle tested both of us. Mine also came back positive at a level of 300. We are in a heated custody battle amd I have not used cocaine. I do not understand how this is possible
JA: Is this a time sensitive issue? What type of specimen are they testing?
Customer: I passed multiple urine screens I failed hair follicle testing
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?

This is Dr. Bonilla. I understand your concerns.

A false negative test is possible under these circumstances: if you were taking amoxicillin, tonic water, kidney infection or other kidney disease.
