I am driving will be right back

ok

I am back. no the conversion of diazepam into temazepam is in one direction. I understand what you are saying- in general, if conversion was possible back, the arrows would go in both direction. But with the metabolism of diazepam is only to diazepam (and nordazepam). That said, if the enzymes are saturated, such as in the case of a high dose, there will be a small amount of diazepam that has not been converted (yet)

I hope this helped. please leave positive feedback for my time and expertise
