Will Effexor show up on a urinalysis as PCP?

This answer was rated:

Will Effexor show up on a urinalysis as PCP?
Effexor (venlafaxine) can cause false positive SCREENING drug tests for PCP.

HOWEVER, when the specimen is then tested with confirmation tests (GC/MS), this will be determined to be a false positive. The effect of Effexor is only seen on the immunoassay screening tests (home tests, dipstick and other "instant" type tests) and not on the more expensive definitive tests using GC/MS technology.

By can cause, do you mean occassionally or more often than not?

I need to know by "can cause" positive screening. How often does that happen?
I would say it is occassional, it is NOT seen in all cases where someone has used Effexor.
