How long are Lunesta and Ambien detected in a blood drug t

Customer Question

I am getting ready to have a BLOOD drug test for the federal government next Wed 1.11.12. I took both an Ambien and Lunesta last night which was Tuesday 1.3.12

Will these be detected in the blood drug test next Wednesday?

The standard federal employee drug test is a urine test, not a blood test.

Neither Ambien or Lunesta are typically included in drug tests since they have very low abuse potential.

Even if they do blood tests for these drugs, the test would be negative by the time your test would be conducted.
