My significant other passed away unexpectedly 2 months ago. We were in a really good place after off and on dating for close to 10 years.

I keep dreaming oh him. The first was a dream in the present setting to where he had just passed but that I got a voicemail from him saying he needed to see me but nobody except me and the kids (he has three from a previous marriage and he took on my 16 month old) knew he was alive. I get there and he’s in a wheelchair and his face looks as it did in his casket. He asked me to hug him and I hesitated because I didn’t want to hurt him. He replied that it was ok and he needed to feel my touch so as I was hugging him I woke up. I had another one where I was sleeping dream and woke up in my dream to see him standing at my bed side. He was transparent but it was definitely him. I sat up and noticed my body still in the bed. He grabbed my hand and we walked through the bedroom wall and were standing in the grass. There were no words. We just stood there holding hands. I looked back and could still see myself asleep in bed. When I looked forward again he was disappearing so I turned around and started walking back towards my body and woke up. This last dream I had started with an old friend I don’t talk to anymore who was showing me pictures of puppies and how she’s like to give me one. At this point in my dream I remember the feeling of sorrow of losing my partner. I told her I wasn’t ready for a puppy while raising a toddler alone. When she showed me the picture of the puppy it was the same kind of dog my partner had. Then I remember another old friend who I recently found walking in the door and talking about a heavy set guy always showing up. They heavy set man did show up and started flirting with me. I told him I wasn’t interested several times then my partner walks in the room and we start kissing. I whispered I love you so much to him and the heavy set man mocked me. I then told my partner I had a sexual urge and wanted to have sex. We walked outside together, hand in hand, headed towards his car. He was smoking a cigarette when we heard a baby crying. He found the baby inside the hood of a broken down car. He turned the baby upside down and was patting its back and white stuff was coming out. He was still smoking so I took the baby and continued patting its back and frantically asked him to call 911. Then I woke up. I’ve also had a very real feeling sexual encounter with him to where there was another woman there. She was naked and appeared as though she was going to participate with us but we never touched her nor her us. I also remember being naked in the hallway pulling laundry out of the dryer and seeing him naked going into the bedroom and winking at me.
