I had a dream where my friend had come back to life (or at least had made it seem that she was dead all these years). Unfortunate to admit, she and I had a bit of a romantic relationship but I had never wanted anything more than just casual hook up (I had always made that clear), the reasoning to why she actually committed her final act was unclear, but I always carry the weight of her death on my shoulders.

The first setting was at an assembly (she had killed herself during high school) to announce that she was alive. I didn't care what the reasoning was or how she was alive... I was just in shock that she was there. The second setting was at the parking lot outside of the assembly. All her friends and family where there and she spoke to us one by one. during this process, I hovered in the background in shock. Her and I never broke eye contact for more than a few seconds. After she had finally spoken to everyone, I was the only one left. She called her best friend over and whispered to her ear. She told her best friend (who rudely shouted at me) SHE DOESNT WANT TO TALK TO YOU. I was heart broken and my dead friend started to walk away ( to what I am assuming was her ride home). I started crying in my dream and could feel myself crying in real life. The dream version of me was not going to take that as an answer, I YELLED at my own self conscious and forced myself to keep dreaming nomatter the cost (I know this because at this point I could feel my girlfriend aggressevly trying to wake me up). I knew I didn't have much time left. I ran to my dead friend looked her dead in the eyes and told her that I wan not going accept this situation to end like this. I reclaimed to her that I was hurt! I thought she was dead and she is not getting away that easy! I then crack a joke about finally being taller than her (I have always been taller than her... but I'm assuming that I was talking about being more mature as my height) she then breaks down crying as well, and we hug each other with an unbelievable amount of force ( as if nether death or my girlfriend trying to wake me up would be able to break THIS moment.) She tells me 'I Love You now more than ever..... I could not bring myself to say the same..... and that's when my tears an her tears finally woke me up.
