I had a very intense dream last night. I had a dream I was living in my childhood home again with my family. It took place on the night of the full moon in January, which would be tonight for the USA. First, I had an argument with my parents about a friend of mine because they don't like her political views. I stood my ground and they told me to go to bed, but I slept in my parent's bedroom and they were sleeping on couches in my living room. Later that night, the full moon came out and lit up the sky as the sun would. There was also a prediction of seeing one of Mars' moons at the same time. My entire family was outside the back of the house, admiring the moon. I look around the corner of my house, and I see a huge, round, ominous looking cloud. I look around the front of my house and it's a massive asteroid heading straight for Earth. I ask my family if they know what it is, and they they nonchalantly reply, "Oh that's supposed to be the moon of Mars." I watch it for a while, and it's getting closer and firing up, entering the atmosphere. I run and get my family and urge them to come inside. They were not at all paying attention to the imminent danger about to crash into Earth. Once they were inside, I immediately feel the crash and hear my family's screams, my house being torn apart. I shut my eyes, hold my breath and cover my ears as I'm sent into the air, floating and flying about in space. I was in this limbo sensation of just falling through space. I start to breathe, and focus on only breathing. What feels like minutes later, I force my eyes open. I was lying in the bed of my old house, and realized the asteroid was just a dream. Soon after, I actually woke up. What do you think this dream means?
