I keep having these incredibly lucid dreams that wake me up…

Question

I keep having these incredibly lucid dreams that wake me up in a panic. But I
have no idea what them mean. Last night I dreamed I was sitting up in an
enormous king size bed with a silky burnt orange bedspread with gold embroidery.
There were tons of pillows all equally beautiful and in the same fall tones. The
bed was in the middle of a fancy hunting tent/cabin. The white canvas top formed
a pyramid but the four sides were open. It was in the middle of the woods and I
was waiting for someone to meet me. Not sure who but someone I loved and we were
clearly meeting to have sex. As I relaxed a young owl flew over. At first I was
slightly affriad but when I realized it wouldn't hurt me I relaxed. It landed on
my arm and bobbed its head as if saying hello. Then it started to get nervous
and froze. I looked around and saw the outline of an eagle on the whispy
curtains around the tent. Panic set in and I had to protect this baby bird. I
didn't know what to do so i grabbed it with both hand and shoved it under the
blankets. I could feel it shaking with fear. The eagle appeared now in
actuallity and was larger than I had assumed. Thoughts about how dangerous and
violent eagles are and how they could rip me to shreds crossed my mind along
with how amazing their sense of smell was. The eagle seemed to be inspecting me
and getting closer. In a panic and cowardess I lifted up the blanket exposing
the owl. The eagle lunged forward and grabbed the helpless bird which turned to
a chick in its claws. The eagle ripped the baby owl chick in two as it sreached
with pain and fear and left the two parts of the body on the floor in front of
me and flew away. I was screaming and crying and filled with utter remorse. I
remembered that eagles can't smell and in being a coward and panicing I had
given up this bird that was my friend to a brutal death when had I not moved, it
would have been saved. What does this mean?

change the outcome? In your dreams do you know you are dreaming? In the dream
when you were sitting on the enormous bed with it's beautiful decor did you feel
anything? Did this trigger any feelings about a situation in real life? Did you
feel anything in the dream about being in a hunting cabin in the middle of the

similar question about the pyramid with the open sides. You said you were a bit

a beautiful situation someone scary but hidden or isolated. Do you feel

afraid at first but then relaxed shows up first when you are waiting for your

area afraid but then more relaxed? The owl however, seems be scared when it says
hello, At the same time the outline of the eagle seems to terrify it? In life
does a situation that starts out with a bit of fear turn into one of terror for
someone vulnerable in your life? The feeling of needing to protect the bird is
an important part of the dream. In real life do you feel you need to protect
someone who is vulnerable.It seems as if the best thing you could do was put the
bird under the blanket. How did you feel about this in the dream about this?
When the large eagle came you became more frightened that your thought you would
be? In real life, has something frightened you more than you thought it would?
It seemed like you were upset with yourself because your feeling of fear was
stronger than the need to protect? I wonder if this is a theme or situation in
real life? The dream seems quite graphic when the eagle gets the owl. It seems
like you feel much pain and guilt for sacrificing your friend the owl. After the
fact, you think of a solution that would not have sacrificed the bird. I wonder
if in real life you are feeling some remorse over a situation that you could
