Hello Dreamer. Thank you for responding to your urge to understand this dream. it's something that would shake me up a bit if it were my dream. In a matter of fact, it was these kind of dreams that I kept having which wanted me to study dream interpretation nine years ago.

For the entire first week I learned how to keep a dream journal, each night I had a dream involving car wrecks, flat tires, car explosions -- even had a polar bear jump on top of my car hood and try to tear through the windshield.

Your car in a dream represents your physical body. Just like we get into our cars to travel from one place to another, our mind requires our physical body to move about and experience life. Driving off a bridge and crashing shows that, although you're directed in life as a person (shown by you driving down the street and attempting to cross the bridge), for whatever reason, you are placing your body's health in jeopardy in some way.

At the time of all my nightmares involving car wrecks, I was working two full-time jobs around the clock, not getting enough sleep, and my diet was even worse. After having the dreams, I quit one of my jobs, got some rest, ate better, and I started having dreams of driving my car into auto shops for tune-ups, oil changes, more air in the tires, etc. The dreams showed me that the adjustments I was making to take care of myself was paying off.

Take some time to assess the state of your health. It's important. For you to continue to accomplish your dreams, goals, and desires, you need to be healthy. In order to "cross that bridge" so-to-speak, you've got to take care of yourself. If you need rest, find a way to get some more rest. if you need a change of diet, or more exercise, find ways to do so.
