Dreams can have more than one meaning. It would be helpful to note what significant events may have transpired around the time when these dreams started in your childhood around the age of 12.
Repetitive dreams often manifest when 1) there is an unresolved issue or 2) your attention is being drawn to something that may have been suppressed or ignored. It's the mind's attempt to make sense and/or resolve issues at hand.
One way to look at the dream would be- around the age of 12, you encountered a situation that was beyond your skills and maturity to deal with signified by the chase up the hilltop. This could of been prompted by sexual curiosity (but it is not necessary) It could of been a situation where your loyalty was divided b/w individuals you were close with signified by others saying you were a "whore and not fit to live on earth." The earth could represent a home/school or another environment where you belonged naturally.
Being unable to find your way home in the following scene could relate to- feeling ostracized, feeling confused or even different. Since these are recurrent dreams, it is possible that some situation or trauma had not been dealt with fully and is affected your self esteem and sense of self. It may have also made you hurt by others as a result of which your trust in others had also suffered.

hi, so I had a dream that I was at some sort of academy, the beginning of my dream was fuzzy , but I remember speaking out against some man who was doing something bad to someone else. (Just to describe him, he was Caucasian, a normal height, short black hair, wearing black clothing, like a jacket and pants) The man then turned on me and started to come after me because I was going to tell the authorities or whoever was in charge of the “academy” I still don't know what it was. When I realized he some sort of stake , but it was made of Crystal or glass and he was going to kill me. I was running around and no one could see that he was trying to kill me, I'm running through a crowd of people asking for help and everyone seemed to no notice what was happening. I eventually made it outside where there was “his people” idk if they were family members or head of the board , but they all came after me so I had to keep running. I ended up cornered in a park and they had a bunch of dogs to attack me. They proceeded to blow up these white balloons and “summon them” on me. The balloons acted as heat seeking missels that stuck to me that would eventually harm me if they stuck to me for too long. So I was running from them , and they stuck to me so I decided to strip fully naked to get them off of me because they were stuck to my clothes an ran. I wound up getting away running to a house that looked like “their” house. I realized I dropped my phone and I was fully nude so I wandered through the house trying to find a way out. I got up to the top off the room and the “grandma” was home so I jumped in the bed and pretended to be there as someone else. She appeared to be blind or be hard of seeing so she was just confused when she saw me and walked away. Then I got up to the top of the house which had some sort of balcony, I looked over and saw someone's phone charging , I picked it up but it had a passcode on it so I put in back down, and then wiped it a little to mask my fingerprints. I came to what looked like a sliding balcony door, and when I went through it , it brought me to a ground level to a place where I had two choices, I could crawl through the spaces of the house (similar to a vent in the ceiling but on the floor) or I could jump on a train that was about to take off. I said “I'm not going back into the house” and I walked through the door where I'm in the back of a train , where the engine was or something. I had to hurry up and climb over the tracks and find a place where I couldn't fall off the train. There was conveniently a stone shaped seat that was painted purple. It wasn't secure at all so I decided to hold on to it . I thought “I'm not even scared because I could have been dead already” and then the train took off. The train was on a large highway with cars and I remember just clutching the chair and just riding off, and then I woke up … read more
