You are concerned about your boyfriend's attitude toward you till you feel very ill. It reaches the point of feeling that you may have died over you boyfriend's interest over you. The fact that you re-experience the panic and lack of control after a second time. My guess is that your boyfriend's over concern for you created your fear of panic and lack of control. It is rare that one dies in their dreams but they usually wake up just before that event. You may be scaring yourself.
