I would love to help give some insight on this.
To dream that your spouse is having an affair, signifies that you may have been feeling a lack of attention/love in your relationship, and may feel taken for granted.
The apartment door may symbolize a barrier between you. When you see him with the other woman in your dreams, he gets away from you. This suggests that you have not yet been able to communicate your current feelings with your husband in your waking life. You may have tried, but the opportunity gets away from you (like him in the dream). It could be because you feel there is never a good time, that you're not comfortable sharing this with him, or some other reason only known by you.
His family members assisting in keeping him away from you in the dream, may suggest that you feel they have a negative influence in some area of his/your life.
Our dreams are messages to us from our subconscious. Perhaps if you do communicate your feelings, these dreams will be less persistent. :)
