Customer Question

My dog has been biting ankles since he was a puppy (hard and constant, have tried everything--stopping, vibrating collar, spraying ankles with sour apple spray) and recently he has begun snarling and even lunging to bite when he is feeling protective of something. Last night he bit my hand extremely hard and it seemed aggressive, not simply out of fear. I'm not sure what to do anymore and am not sure what to do anymore.

Hi there. My name is ***** ***** I'm happy to help you with your question today. Just like an in person consult, I have some questions of my own to help ensure I give you the best advice possible...

What breed is he?

How old is he?

What was going on last night when he bit you?

How long have you had him?

Is he allowed on couches, the bed, ect?

Has he ever been to obedience classes?

When he bites, or acts aggressive, how do you handle it?
