Hello, my name is***** and I have been a licensed veterinarian since 2007. I'm so sorry to hear that Foxxy ate some bad food and started throwing up and she is shaking. To treat nausea and vomiting, which could be responsible for the shaking, I would get some over-the-counter Dramamine Original 50 mg tablets (dimenhydrinate) and give her 3 tablets, one at a time, by placing them at the back of her mouth and holding her mouth closed while you blow on her nose and rub her throat until she swallows. You can get the Dramamine from any human pharmacy or pharmacy section of the grocery store, Walmart, etc. The Dramamine will take about an hour to take effect. If she is still throwing up after an hour, or is still shaking, then I would get her to an emergency vet right away for treatment. Sometimes rotten food can have mold on it that can cause muscle tremors and even seizures, so if the anti-nausea medication doesn't stop the shaking, you'll need to get some anti-tremor medication from the ER.
