I can tell you are concerned for this happening with Aurora. How much of the spaghetti sauce did she eat about? Table spoon or so? More?

Any idea as to the amount of garlic and onions in the total sauce preparation? Was it store bought?

Store bought... I didn't add extra. All I added was sausage and ground turkey
So, garlic and onions are bad for dogs as they cause damage to red blood cells. I just can't envision enough of these two being in a spaghetti sauce to be a single ingestion issue with this amount. Most likely the biggest thing to happen is a little loose stool from this new food. I'd just monitor her and keep further sauce out of reach.

She is super energetic... it happened about 15 mins ago. We had her go out to see if she would eat some grass? Any advice would be appreciated
I'd just keep further sauce out of reach. I'd let her have easy access to water and just let her rest here tonight. I'd have high hopes that nothing big happens from this single ingestion.

At 7 pounds, it is easier to get to more critical toxicity issues for sure, but this just isn't passing the eyeball test.

Again I appreciate your insight... she has a vet appointment on Monday lol I'm looking at her like "Really?" We will make sure she has full access all night to water for the sodium and passing of uhhhh whatever else... and keep a close eye on her. Thank you

Mom of 22 years and this pup is like having your first child. The one you worry about with every little thing. Then the 3rd comes around lol eating week old fries off the car floor and your like "meh she's fine" ...
We first had a pup we got to love for over a month who passed away at 10 weeks at the breeders home... after that loss uhhhh we are a bit more... I don't even know how to put it, I again thank you very much. Being able to talk to you made me feel much more at ease. ♡
