Hi, thank you for reaching out. I just went to go pick her up from the corner of the couch and accident poked her eye with my finger nail. I jerked back immediately. It was a quick accident. Can I sent a picture of the medications I have on hand?

She yelped once and has been able to hold it open for the most part but it seems she is closing it more. No major redness in the eye but a little bit in the corner next that is closer to the snout.

Here is all the medications we have. She had had multiple ulcers in the past. She is a shih tzu, 15 lb.
I would advise starting with the NeoPolyBac WITHOUT dexamethasone
The reason being, steroids can make corneal ulcers worse, if present
I would reserve the moxifloxacin for a very bad infection or deep ulcer

Thanks for your feedback. Yes, we are pretty familiar with the two and wanted to make sure it was okay to go ahead and start with the brown striped medication. How often do you recommend applying? Do you recommend applying the atropine sulfate ophthalmic ointment for pain?
The atropine can be used, but not right after the antibiotic (dont want to wash the two out).
I would recommend using the antibioitc twice a day for 5 days or so. If no redness persists, you are likely okay to stop using it
