I'm sorry this has happened with Pickle! Difenacoum can be toxic for dogs.
The toxic dose of difenacoum in dogs is 50 mg/kg, which is equivalent to 0.05 g/kg. Symptoms of toxicity are not generally seen right away because it works by causing internal hemorrhaging. Symptoms may not be obvious for days, but by then she could be bleeding into her lungs and/or abdomen.
You need to get Pickle into a local vet right away, even if you have to bring her to an ER vet. Fortunately difenacoum toxicity is easily treated with Vitamin K1, which is only available by prescription. Bring the packaging for the difenacoum with you so the vet can double check the calculations for you.
Getting Pickle started on Vitamin K1 quickly will help prevent the internal hemorrhaging, and most pets do very well with the treatment. I hope Pickle is all right and that she does well for you!
