Thankfully, Malibu will remain safe.  That cookie/brownie is comprised mainly of flour and sugar with a trivial amount of toxic cocoa.  A 140 lb dog would have needed to ingest nearly 9 ounces of pure cocoa to experience vomiting, agitation, tremors soon after ingestion.  Even 9 of those wouldn't have contained anywhere near that amount of cocoa.

As with ingesting anything unusual, gastrointestinal distress in the form of inappetence, vomiting and/or diarrhea might arise. It should be transient, however, and not need treatment.  There's no need to induce vomiting nor treat in any manner.  You can feed and water as usual.

Please respond with additional questions and concerns if you wish.
