I am sorry to hear that Chyna isn't feeling well. To better help you, I will need a little more information.
1) Has she had any parvo vaccines? If so, when?
2) Is she having bloody diarrhea?
3) How is her energy level?
In a young puppy, the biggest concern is something like parvo. This viral infection can be picked up from the soil. At 3 months old (~12 weeks), Chyna should have had about 2 parvo vaccines and would be needing a final one at ~ 16 weeks of age in order to be fully protected against parvo virus. Symptoms for this typically include profound lethargy and weakness, inappetence, vomiting, and bloody diarrhea. Given Chyna's symptoms and no vaccine history, I would strongly advise a vet visit ASAP on an emergency basis to have her tested and appropriately treated if positive. Parvo will quickly cause severe dehydration, secondary bacterial infections, and low blood sugar. This can be life threatening . Until you are able to get her into the vet, try to syringe her some Pedialyte to help maintain hydration. You can offer canned puppy food or boiled chicken to help entice appetite. If not interested in food at all, rub Karo syrup on her gums every 2-4 hours to help maintain her blood sugar.
You're very welcome. Best of luck to little Chyna!
