Hello and welcome to JustAnswer. My name is***** and I am a licensed veterinarian with over 12 years experience in practice and emergency medicine and over 30 + years experience with animals in total. I am happy to help you with your question by text or phone today. Please give me one second to review the information you have provided us. Thank you for taking the time to write in today. That is a very good question. It is likely that the urine is attracting them because it is a scent of your child. Dogs live in packs and since we've domesticated them, we've become their pack. Our scent is something that is very strong to them and is part of the extremely strong bond our pets have with us. Dogs can sniff out a person based on just a small piece of clothing to help when children go missing. The urine carries your child's scent. I hope this makes sense :)
You're very welcome. For the bed wetting, I would recommend you discuss with your pediatrician if you are concerned. Wishing you all the best and feel free to write back here if you have any further questions and I will respond asap. :)
