JA: The Vet will know if the French Bulldog can have that. Does the vomit look liquidy or foamy? Is there food in it?
Customer: It looks like water and sometimes it has food not very much at all and hes shaking
JA: Could he have eaten anything unusual?
Customer: I don't think so but I don't know I have 2 other ones they're just fine

Customer: I think he hasacid reflex He's making that snort and sound every now and then like it's hard for him to breathe or hes getting too much air

I'm sorry to hear that Hershey isn't feeling well.
You can give tums but generally doesn't work great in dogs... You can use Pepcid 10mg: 1/2 tablet twice daily.
If this vomiting doesn't stop then he should be seen right away for some testing and some additional treatment.
