Yeast infection. Dog, 3/4 Labrador retreiver. Milo, age 5.
We live in El Salvador, went to vet who diagnosed Ehrlichia canis, and Yeast and micotic filament with paracitation ectotrix. He was on Desensor antibiotic for 21 days and vitamins with iron.
