Sorry to be texting so late. I am trying to research online
Sorry to be texting so late. I am trying to research online but I've witnessed Freddie (5 month mini goldendoodle) wake up all of a sudden and take quick gasps of breath for like a couple of seconds then fall back asleep. He's had a cold this week (I THINK) w clear nasal discharge, not really coughing except for last week for a day (just a few coughs during the day). But yesterday he started with the quick breaths but only once last night and once just now. ARDS? Is not uncommon? Or am I just being an internet freak med student?! Appetite is fine. Still playful. EarWax is tannish / cognac color, not coffee colored. So didn't think anything is wrong. What do you think?! … read more

i am let sitting two dogs, a 25-30 pound shibu and a 15 pound poodle mix. One of them (my guess is the shibu, because she has been known for being super intelligent) opened my closed suitcase, pulled out my toiletry bag, ripped open my toiletry bag, took at my bottle of 100mg pills of spiranolatone, opened the child safe top, and took out the pills (there were 3), and now one pill is missing. They were alone for roughly 5 hours. The poodle mix is his normal hyper self, the shibu is chill, I'm not sure if she is more chill than usual. I don't know what to do, I don't know if this is a dose, which from what I've been reading would have been roughly 2x the regular dose a dog should have of spironolactone. … read more
