I am very sorry to see that you have not received a response to your initial question before now. I just came online and found that your question had not been addressed. How is your companion at this time?

This service is incredibly disappointing. There needs to be a statement upfront on the site stating that it is not online service. That it is a posted question before people pay money for it.
Dog Veterinarian: PitRottMommy, Veterinary Nurse replied 2 months ago

I'm not sure where the confusion has occurred but this IS an online service. I'll contact customer service for you since you're disappointed. Good luck.
