No, fudge is made of sugar. Some fudge has chocolate in it. So this fudge contained chocolate?

Ask Your Own Dog Veterinary Question
Customer reply replied 19 days ago
no there was no chocolate in it it was just maple flavored fudge

you there

Ok great. Fudge itself is non toxic to dogs. We do often see mild gastro-enteritis signs as a result of eating such a rich sugary food, but these signs should pass without incident. I would advise offering a light diet such as chicken and rice, plain white fish or a little scrambled egg to help settle her stomach and ensure she has plenty of access to water.

The vomiting should ease over the next few hours. If she continues to vomit throughout the day, especially if Piper is not keeping water down, I would be keen to have her checked over by your vet. However this episode should pass by without further problems.

i just called the place i bought the fudge from and there is no chocolate in it at all so being she is such a little dog and at almost a half pond of it she will be ok
Dog Veterinarian: Richard Rawling,

Correct, the fudge is not toxic. Has her vomiting settled?
