She is a bichon frise / poodle and she had diarrhoea

Customer Question
Hi she is a...

Hi she is a bichon frise / poodle and she had diarrhoea yesterday morning, was ok in herself throughout morning but as the day continued she started getting very sleepy and lethargic. She later again had diarrhoea. When she was led on sofa she was crying and screaming as if she was in pain. Last night she got unable to walk or stand, she cannot move at all and is very lethargic.

Veterinarian's Assistant: I'll do all I can to help. Could be a lot of things that cause lethargy. The Expert will know how to help the dog. What is the dog's name and age?

Her name is ***** ***** she is 11 months.

Veterinarian's Assistant: Is there anything else important you think the Veterinarian should know about Missy?

She was born with a hernia I wouldn't know if that matters too much as when she had her first checks they said it was nothing to worry about.

Have there been any changes to the diet? New food, including a change of flavors or protein source within the same brand? New treats? Bones? Has any human food been fed in the last few days (even if your pet regularly receives it)? Torn up toys or trash? Stressful changes to the environment? Addition of medication? Toxin ingestion?

Any vomiting?

Is she unable to move or unwilling? Is she dragging any part of her body or not using it? Can you share video?
