My dog is an 11 year old yorkie poo. He is very lethargic, doesn’t seem to be interested in anything that he usually likes. He is barely eating and when I left the house for a few hours he had a few accidents in the house which is not normal for him. He seems to have short bursts of normalcy but then he returns to laying down.

Veterinarian's Assistant: I'll do all I can to help. Could be a lot of things that cause lethargy. The Expert will know how to help your dog. What is the dog's name?

Dolce

Veterinarian's Assistant: Is there anything else the Veterinarian should be aware of about your dog?

Yes he is also doing this coughing/gagging thing sporadically
