Friend, in a puppy common causes of diarrhea, are intestinal parasites, infections, ingestion of a foreign body, etc. to name a few causes. I would not give an antidiarrhea medication as it can make things worse if this is related to an infection and parasites. Instead, continue feeding him a diet of rice (75%) with boiled boneless chicken or ground beef (25%). If possible, take a stool sample for your vet to examine. Your vet will likely get him dewormed and treat according to fecal analysis. Symptoms that would require an ER vet visit are anorexia, vomiting, bloody diarrhea, etc.

My goal is to provide you with excellent service. If you have any follow-up questions don't hesitate to ask. If finished, please take a moment to rate my service it is how I get compensated. See you again soon!
