I understand that your pet is starting to vomit early in the morning and seems to be only eating 1 meal a day. She is otherwise normal acting at home. This is a sign of possible acid reflux, especially since she refuses food in the morning and is only eating once daily. I would recommend trying to entice her to eat in the morning wth perhaps a higher quality food such as Royal Canin, Hill's Science diet, Evo or Eukanuba. I am unsure what you are currently feeding her. Also you can try giving her an antacid to see if this helps her condition. I recommend Famotidine (pepcid AC) at a dosage of 0.5-1mg/kg once every 12 hrs for the next 10-14 days. (1kg=2.2lbs to help with your conversion).

I hope this helps. If she continues to vomit however, it is best to get her evaluated by your vet to ensure there isn't something else underlying going on here to cause her frequent vomiting episodes.

Best of luck to you!
