Hello. I am Dr Nicole and I would be happy to help you with your question. I am so sorry about your pet. I am working on a response and will be back shortly. How much does she weigh? How long ago did it happen?

Grape and raisin (dried grapes) toxicity is well documented in dogs.* Although the exact substance that causes the toxic reaction is not yet known, dogs should not eat grapes and raisins because even small amounts can prove to be fatally toxic for a dog.

I would recommend that we induce vomiting if ingestion occurred within the past two hours. You can give 3%hydrogen peroxide, 1 tsp per 10 pounds. If she does not vomit within 15 minutes you can give it one additional time.

If you do not want to induce vomiting you can take her to your vet instead and they can induce vomiting.
